Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team and work in an air conditioned weld shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tig welding.
Duties
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques to ensure structural integrity of assemblies.
- Utilize tools such as micrometers to measure and verify dimensions of fabricated parts.
- Conduct pipe threading operations to prepare materials for assembly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Run machines in the machine shop when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience operating forklifts and cranes is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
