Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality care to our residents. You'll use your clinical expertise to assess resident needs, develop and update individualized care plans, and provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and updating comprehensive, individualized care plans
- Assessing residents' conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status
- Providing direct nursing care with compassion, professionalism, and respect
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Following applicable state and federal regulations, nursing standards, and facility policies
- Promoting resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life
What You'll Need
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- Availability to work 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month as required for PRN status
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal nursing regulations
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
