Successful candidates will have the following:
- marketing experience in the Skilled Nursing industry
- ability to review referrals with clinical knowledge
- compassion for a diverse and vulnerable population
- ambitious drive and motivated to overachieve
- experience with PCC preferred
Your day to day:
You'll meet with prospective residents, families, and their care teams to determine if Highland Hills Post Acute can provide the care necessary for a successful outcome. You'll assist the admissions team with reviewing referrals as needed and work along with the team to ensure a smooth transition into our facility. You'll work under supervision of our Administrator to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
