What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Highland Hills Apartments?
- Complete basic repairs
- Complete scheduled maintenance assignments
- Act as “On-Call” maintenance person as assigned
- Respond to calls in a timely manner
- Snow removal procedures
- Parking lot and grounds maintenance
- Enforcing of parking permits
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the Maintenance shop, office, and other maintenance storage areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager
- Providing your own tools is a plus
