- Oversee general maintenance of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and repairs promptly
- Complete maintenance documentation and reports as required
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
- Lead by example and contribute to residents’ overall quality of life
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull light weights
- Ability to communicate effectively using speech, hearing, and vision
- Ability to use hands for grasping and fine motor tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two or more years of related maintenance experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Motivated and dependable team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others and supporting a positive resident experience
