ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and Determine Proper Set Points and Adjustments for the Equipment.
- Able to Perform Proper Process of Startup and Shutdown of the Equipment.
- Able to Perform a Detailed Shift Report with Control Room Operator.
- Effective Daily Communication with Maintenance.
- Perform and Document Required Inspections of Equipment.
- Analyze Equipment Performance and Make Necessary Tooling Changes.
- Ensure All Work is Performed in a Timely and Safe Manner.
- Maintain all Equipment, Tools, and Workstations.
- Ability to Utilize Skills to Improve Equipment Optimization and Reliability.
- Maintain Logs, And Record Labor, Materials and Equipment Used.
- Effectively Communicate to All Team Members and Management any Equipment Deficiencies.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail; Able to Follow Instruction both Written and Verbal.
- Participate in Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Focused Improvement, and 5S Projects.
- Ensure Workers Adhere to Local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations.
- Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education; Trade School or College Preferred.
- One Year of In Plant Manufacturing Experience.
- Ability to Work Independently and Utilize Critical Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills to Generate and Implement Solutions throughout the Process.
- Must Maintain Compliance within all LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Working at Heights Policies.
- OSHA 10 Training and Experience.
- Ability to Work Extended Hours to Includes Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
- Ability to Continuously Walk or Stand, Bend, Squat, Climb Stairs and Lift Items Above Shoulders.
- Ability to Work Outdoors, Rotating Shifts, and Lift 50 Pounds Required.
