Help Shape the Customer Experience
Highland Energy is looking for an energetic Customer Experience Trainer to develop our Fast Stop Markets teams and create exceptional customer experiences across all store locations.

What You’ll Do
- Train and coach employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and company standards.
- Participates in new hire orientation and ongoing training for store teams.
- Visit store locations to provide hands-on coaching and support to all shifts.
- Partner with Store Managers to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Identify training needs and provide follow-up coaching.

- Willingness to travel to store locations and work flexible hours when needed.

Education and Experience
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, retail, convenience store operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present information to individuals and groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel regularly to company locations.
Preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience training, coaching, supervising, or leading employees.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs or instructional materials.
- Experience in convenience store, retail, or multi-location operations.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
