What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Human Resources position at HIGHLAND DISTRICT HOSPITAL?
The Human Resources Director has global responsibility for the planning, development, implementation and coordination of policies and programs encompassing enterprise-wide human resource management including employment, wage and salary management, resource utilization, workforce development, orientation, benefits, employee relations, and associated employee services. Responsible for leadership over the Human Resources and payroll services departments.
Qualifications:Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Bachelor’s Degree in another area preferred experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities or equivalent in experience.
Education Preferred: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
