- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have own tools relevant to your trade
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Preferred Qualifications:

- OSHA certification or relevant safety training preferred but not required
- Experience working with a general contractor or on large-scale projects
