- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in the field
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized experience in your trade
- Proven track record of quality craftsmanship and reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have own tools relevant to your trade
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-trade experience is a strong plus
- OSHA certification or relevant safety training preferred but not required
- Experience working with a general contractor or on large-scale projects
