We are looking for a passionate and talented Consultant to join our Family Wealth team and make a tangible difference in the success of our clients.
This Consultant role combines client service excellence, investment consulting expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions focused on our private investors and family wealth clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable recommendations that help clients achieve their objectives.
Success in this role is measured not only by investment outcomes, but by the utility you help clients realize in using their assets. You help families feel confident in their decisions, clear about their direction, and secure in their ability to use their wealth in ways that support their lives, values, and legacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor to private investors and multi-generational families, coordinating all aspects of the client relationship
- Build deep, long-term relationships by understanding client’s goals, values, and legacy objectives
- Conduct regular client communication through calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
- Prepare personalized client deliverables, investment policy statements that reflect individual goals and values.
- Support organic growth through exceptional service, and selective business development activities.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- >4 years of experience in investment consulting, wealth management, or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to explain complex concepts clearly
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- CFP, CFA, CPA or CKA designation (or progress towards a designation) is preferred
