We design it, manufacture it, and own every step from raw material to the truck that delivers it. That means better quality, better margins, and prices nobody in the market can touch.

We're looking for a closer to own a territory and grow it.


Who We Are

We craft cabinets from the finest components, engineered to resist warping and deliver solid structure for everything from multi-million-dollar custom homes to large-scale apartment renovations. Every cabinet ships standard with soft-close doors and drawers, full-extension dovetail drawers, and solid wood construction.

Behind the product is real capacity:

  • 350,000 sq. ft. of inventory
  • Flatpack or fully assembled, shipped nationwide
  • Stock orders ready in 5–7 days; container orders in roughly 3 months
  • In-house design and manufacturing, with the ability to build development projects to spec from raw product

We're rapidly expanding our distribution partners and multifamily projects across the country — and this role is at the center of that growth.


The Role

Develop, grow, and protect relationships with distributor and multifamily decision-makers across your assigned territory. Your mission is simple: maximize the sale of Highland Cabinetry kitchen and bath products and consistently meet or beat your sales and expense targets.

This is a hunter's seat. If you've carried large contracts, built a book of business, and have a track record of being the top producer on your team — keep reading.


What You'll Do

  • Hunt for new business — actively pursue builders, contractors, remodelers, distributors, and retail clients.
  • Work the pipeline — call leads, follow up relentlessly, and keep a large, fast-moving deal flow.
  • Crush your number — own monthly revenue goals and push past them.
  • Sell the product — run showroom tours, product demos, and high-impact presentations.
  • Quote with precision — deliver accurate pricing and product guidance with sharp attention to detail.
  • Stay on top of it all — manage quotes, emails, calls, and CRM updates without dropping a ball.
  • Win as a team — partner with internal groups to strategize and close.
  • Represent the brand — show up with professionalism and energy every time.
