Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Ab Initio tools, data warehousing, and data pipeline development. This role involves building scalable ETL workflows, optimizing performance, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Ab Initio ETL graphs, plans, and workflows.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various structured and unstructured data sources.
- Optimize Ab Initio jobs for performance, scalability, and data quality.
- Develop and maintain metadata, data lineage, and documentation for ETL processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement error handling, logging, and job monitoring in ETL workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and best practices adoption.
