Job Description:
Northeast Power Dry is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant for a full-time position in New Jersey. This is a field sales position with paid training where you’ll be dispatched from home. No cold calling required this is a hot-lead, one-call close opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners at in-home appointments to determine the scope of work and provide estimates for water and mold damage restoration services.
- Close deals in a single visit using high-level sales techniques and customer relationship-building skills.
- Provide homeowners with the best solutions for their restoration needs, offering excellent customer service as a Project Manager.
- Manage remediation crews to ensure job compliance, progress, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate job status updates with customers, company management, and insurance carriers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs to ensure timely communication.
- Process all documentation in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Experience in remote sales or outside sales is a plus.
- Blue-collar experience is a plus, particularly in fields like construction, remediation, or restoration.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Computer skills required, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software tools.
- Basic math skills to calculate estimates and pricing.
- Proficient in technology and comfortable using software tools for job management and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with customers.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including some holidays.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
