Entry-Level Restoration Technician

Northeast Power Dry is a 24/7 emergency restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, hands-on industry.

• Respond to residential and commercial emergency service calls


• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and cleanup services


• Set up and monitor drying equipment


• Remove damaged materials safely and efficiently


• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines


• Communicate professionally with customers and team members


• Support Crew Chiefs and other technicians on job sites


• Help ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

• Valid driver’s license required


• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance


• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments


• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces


• Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response


• Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team


• Good communication and customer service skill

• Construction, demolition, restoration, plumbing, or carpentry experience


• Water/mold mitigation experience


• General labor or physically demanding work experience


• IICRC certifications
