Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and events service
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to ensure service excellence
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Partner with Culinary leadership to ensure seamless service execution
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing levels to meet business demands
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and service standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost controls
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe and alcohol service certification preferred
