WHAT YOU DO
As a Barback, you'll play a vital supporting role in the seamless operation of our bar. You'll keep the bartenders set up for success by ensuring they have everything they need — from restocking spirits and mixers to preparing garnishes and replenishing ice. You'll maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace throughout the shift, helping the team deliver fast, attentive service. You'll take initiative, stay one step ahead, and keep energy high behind the bar.

You’re dependable, hardworking, and genuinely interested in building a career in hospitality — especially with an eye toward becoming a bartender. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. You’re flexible with scheduling, respectful of team dynamics, and motivated to learn.
