Yolan features both an eight and five course tasting menu as well as a more traditional a la carte offering. We focus on contemporary interpretations on classic Italian fare highlighting local, seasonal ingredients and technique driven cuisine. We are looking for career focused cooks, looking to hone their craft and learn the fundamentals of fine dining. We believe all cooks should leave Yolan as highly qualified sous chefs with knowledge of food production, ordering, sanitation practices, team management and kitchen communication.

WHAT YOU DO
You will be the warm and knowledgeable face of the restaurant, welcoming guests into the restaurant and preparing them for the exceptional dining experience ahead. You will provide menus, answer questions and handle any immediate guest requests prior to service. You will seat guests in a way that balances the needs of the service staff while accommodating preferences whenever able. We enable you with the training and tools to be successful in a supportive, energetic environment.
