About the Role
As a Medication Assistant Med Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with safe, timely medication assistance while promoting dignity and independence. You'll collaborate with our nursing team, caregivers, and families in a person-first environment, providing ADL assistance, companionship, and observing changes in condition.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications per policy; document accurately
- Observe and report changes in condition promptly
- Assist with ADLs and provide companionship
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
- Use healthcare software and complete task lists reliably
Skills & Attributes
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Computer comfort; quick learner of new software

Relatable Experience
- Certified Medication Aide/Assistant roles in senior living

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Current negative TB test; background check clearance
- Able to carry/transfer up to 25 lbs with assistance
