About the role
Implement an engaging social program for residents in assisted living and memory care.
Support small and large group activities, events, and daily opportunities to learn, move, and connect.
What you’ll do
Facilitate purposeful activities and encourage participation
Coordinate calendars, supplies, and community spaces
Document attendance and gather resident feedback
Promote wellness through movement, mindfulness, and creativity
Support outings, celebrations, and intergenerational events
Skills & attributes
Confidence engaging with seniors one‑on‑one and in groups
Creativity to make activities inclusive and fun
Clear communication; social media comfort a plus
Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable
Team player who brings positive energy and follow‑through
Relatable experience
Activities, recreation, events, or hospitality
Volunteer or paid roles serving seniors or vulnerable populations
Customer service roles with multitasking and documentation
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
1 year in customer service, events, or leading groups
Current negative TB test; background check clearance
Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
