About the role

Provide personalized spa and wellness services—hydro-spa, hand and foot massage, aromatherapy, guided relaxation, and more.

Create a calming, restorative experience that supports overall well‑being.

What you’ll do

• Deliver wellness services safely and professionally
• Coordinate schedules, vendors, and service appointments
• Maintain wellness spaces, supplies, and simple records
• Communicate with residents and families about services offered
• Promote relaxation, mindfulness, and participation

Skills & attributes

• Warm, customer‑service approach; excellent communication
• Creativity to shape a relaxing environment
• Basic computer skills to manage scheduling and records
• Business awareness for supplies and cost control
• Ability to connect with seniors across varied abilities

Relatable experience

• Salon/spa, wellness, or activities coordination
• Hands‑on service roles with vulnerable populations
• Scheduling and multi‑tasking in customer settings

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• State‑required caregiving credential (or ability to obtain)
• Current negative TB test; First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
