About the role
Keep residents’ homes and shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable—supporting daily life with dignity and care.
Partner with residents and teams to maintain a welcoming environment.
What you’ll do
- Clean resident suites and common areas; follow schedules and standards
- Uphold infection control and safety procedures
- Operate housekeeping equipment safely; maintain supplies
- Document tasks and report maintenance needs
- Assist with laundry/linens and occasional room turns
Skills & attributes
- Customer service mindset; attentive and respectful
- Detail orientation and consistent follow‑through
- Safe equipment operation and organization
- Calm, flexible approach to changing priorities
- Clear communication with residents and teams
Relatable experience
- Housekeeping in senior housing, hospitality, or multi‑unit residential
- Customer service roles serving older adults
- Hands‑on roles using checklists and documentation
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Current negative TB test; background check clearance
- Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
