About the role
Help residents live with purpose each day through whole‑person support.
Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect.
What you’ll do
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement
- Observe and report changes; document per policy
- Uphold infection control and safety procedures
- Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities
Skills & attributes
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Clear communication; problem‑solving
- Adaptability; teamwork; willingness to learn
- Interest in dementia‑support techniques
Relatable experience
- Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles
- Hospitality/healthcare/customer service
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Current AZ Certified Caregiver license
- Current negative TB test; background check clearance
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
