Life Enhancement Specialist | Highgate Senior Living – Great Falls, MT
Compensation: $17.00–$21.00 per hour

About the role
Bring the fun and connection—help run daily activities that keep residents engaged, moving, and socially connected.
You’ll lead small and large groups, encourage participation, and support communication with families.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support group activities, events, and outings
- Encourage resident participation and track attendance
- Assist with set-up, cleanup, and materials
- Use basic tech to share updates (as directed) and support calendars
- Partner with the Life Enhancement Coordinator on program delivery
Skills & attributes
- Warm, energetic presence with strong communication
- Creativity and ability to adapt to varying needs and abilities
- Comfort with MS Office; willing to learn basic social media updates
- Customer service focus; reliable and organized
- Team player who enjoys spending time with seniors
Relatable experience
- Event or activity support roles; group facilitation
- Hospitality or senior living customer service
- Volunteer work organizing people and activities
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- 1 year in customer service, event planning, or leading groups
- Current negative TB test; able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract
- Good time management; able to work independently
