HighFive is hiring a full-time Market Manager to recruit and onboard workers in the trades and service industries to capture first-person video on the job.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll be shaking hands with contractors, visiting job sites, and building relationships with small business owners. We pay the workers you recruit — and you earn a bonus for every hour of footage they capture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Reach out to businesses and workers in landscaping, commercial cleaning, automotive service, hotel housekeeping, construction, skilled trades, and agriculture
- Meet people in person — job sites, shops, crew yards
- Equip recruits with a head-mounted camera rig and walk them through the process
- Track participation and help workers hit capture targets
- Be the local face of HighFive in your city

COMPENSATION

- $20–$22/hr base pay (based on experience)
- $0.25 bonus for every hour of viable footage your recruits capture
- Full-time hours

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
--------------------------------------------------
- Prior hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, cleaning, auto service, hospitality, or agriculture — you know the culture and can earn trust quickly
- A people person comfortable with cold outreach and in-person conversations
- Self-directed, organized, reliable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be local to the city you're applying for
