What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Based Clinician for Lenawee County position at Highfields Inc?
The Home Based Clinician provides community-based mental health treatment for families with children in the client's homes located in Lenawee County in the Family Preservation Program. You will be providing intensive, short-term support to at-risk families to help them stay together safely and prevent children from being removed from their homes. Services include crisis intervention, parenting and life skills coaching, and mental health support, with the goal of stabilizing the family unit by strengthening family functioning and teaching new skills. These programs are typically short-term, with a focus on family-led goals and long-term stability.
This position allows for a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home to complete documentation. Staff meetings are in-office.

Minimum Qualifications / Education:
- Meets or exceeds the qualifications to be considered a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP).
- Specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families and who is a licensed psychologist,
limited-licensed master's social worker, licensed or limited-licensed professional counselor; OR an individual with at least a bachelor’s degree
in a mental health-related field from an accredited school, and has ability to obtain clinical license.
Salary : $48,000 - $50,000
