Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each repair
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or service technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicles and their systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Please note that sales responsibilities are not included in this position. This role focuses primarily on providing automotive repair and maintenance services.
