We are hiring one Commercial Cleaning Technician to maintain a school facility in Fowlerville.
Position Details
Location: Fowlerville, MI
Shift Window: Anytime after 6p.m.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours per night: 2.5-3 hours
Total Weekly Hours: 12.5-15
Job Type: Part‑time
Starting: October 5

General Cleaning Responsibilities
This facility includes office areas, restrooms, gym, classrooms, hallways, stairs, and common spaces. Duties include:
- Mopping and vacuuming
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- Wiping and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning entry glass and door glass
- Emptying trash throughout the building
- Maintaining baseboards and touchpoints
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must live within 15 minutes of Fowlerville
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- Must be able to communicate via text, email, and phone in a timely manor
