Role Overview
HSC Group is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented commercial cleaner to join our team. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across school, church, and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean and restock restrooms
· Maintain gathering spaces, lobbies, sacristy, cafeteria, gym hallways, locker rooms, and choir room
· Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, ledges, and surfaces
· Wash windows, clean water fountains, and remove trash from designated rooms
· Operate floor machines and maintain gym and kitchen areas
· Follow time-sensitive protocols (e.g., avoid church area during services)
· Perform weekly tasks such as dusting and font maintenance
· Ensure all paper products and soap dispensers are stocked daily
· Show up on time, every time, as scheduled
What We’re Looking For
- Proven reliability and a strong sense of integrity
- Keen attention to detail and pride in doing things right
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable following a structured cleaning schedule
- Experience in janitorial or facility services preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must complete Virtus training
