We’re especially interested in clinicians specializing in children, adolescent and young adult therapy, but we welcome applications from therapists of all specialties. This full-time position offers a hybrid model (telehealth, in-person, or both) so you can create the schedule that works best for you.

What We Offer:
- Hybrid Flexibility: Choose in-person, telehealth, or a blend
- Competitive Pay: $75,000–$93,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Document and track clinical progress in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Collaborate with peers and community providers as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Rhode Island (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD required)
- Master’s-level candidates considered with supervision
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in clinical practice with strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care
