What are the responsibilities and job description for the Panel Framing Factory Lead position at Higher Purpose Homes Ltd?
Higher Purpose Homes is looking for a reliable lead in our new shop in Bayfield. We have secured work for the next 6 weeks and would like this person to start as soon as possible. We expect this to turn into a full-time position. This is a contract job, so you will be an independent contractor. We will require a W-9 form filled out by you.
We are driven to help our community by offering high-quality affordable housing solutions. We are looking for someone that is willing to learn our system and help improve it. Ideally you would have the following skills/characteristics:
- Willingness to learn
- Cares about what they are doing
- Positive attitude
- Problem solver
- Safety first mentality
- Clear communication skills (you can listen and give direction)
- Skills with wood working tool (saws, hammer, nail gun, tape measure, etc...)
- Reliable transportation to get you to and from work Mon-Fri
