Senior Family Law Paralegal

$55,000–$85,000/year – Full-time | Raymore, MO

You’re a seasoned paralegal. You know your way around a Motion to Modify and can spot a missing income and expense statement from 20 paces away.

What you don’t want is a micromanaging attorney, a chaotic office, or another job where your talents are underutilized.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial prep documents with minimal oversight
• Manage deadlines and discovery like a pro
• Support the attorney at every stage of the litigation process
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Stay organized, accountable, and ahead of the game

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 5 years of experience as a family law paralegal (Missouri preferred)
• Can draft, file, and manage litigation documents with confidence
• Communicate well with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Are self-driven, emotionally intelligent, and not afraid of fast-paced work
• Want to grow with a firm that actually values paralegals

This Role Is Not For You If:

• You’ve never worked in family law
• You dislike client contact or legal writing
• You require constant supervision or hand-holding
• You’re uncomfortable with technology or case management software

Pay & Schedule:

• $55,000–$95,000/year (DOE)
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends. No late nights. Only require 6 billable hours per day.
