We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Marketing Strategy & Sales Support Manager to help drive the effectiveness of our internal marketing initiatives and empower our sales team to deliver impactful marketing solutions to clients. This role bridges marketing strategy and sales execution—developing creative approaches, crafting compelling presentations, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing services that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide broad oversight and guidance for internal marketing efforts, collaborating with the team to ensure effective execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop, coordinate, and enhance marketing initiatives for both the company and our clients.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing campaign strategies, proposals, and content that clearly communicate value to customers.
- Support the sales team by developing sales materials, case studies, and client-focused presentations that highlight our marketing capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings, offering marketing insights and helping to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
- Maintain awareness of current marketing trends, tools, and industry developments, sharing insights to inform company strategy.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of combined experience in marketing and sales, including direct involvement in both areas.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to both marketing and sales initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign metrics and performance reporting.
