Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular cadence
- Prepare financial reports, including P&L statements, and support leadership with performance insights
- Ensure accurate job costing and tracking for auto glass
Office Operations
- Coordinate daily administrative operations to support technicians and leadership
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support payroll processing and vendor management
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations
- Partner with leadership to align office operations with business goals and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Experience in service-based industries preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
