What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consultant position at Higher Group?
Consultant | Executive Search | 100 live mandates | 250k fees | True base salary
What if the next step in your career was learning to operate on $250K executive search fees, with direct mentorship from industry veterans billing $2M–$3.5M annually...
I’m hiring 2x recruiters in Miami into exactly that model.
The firm already has 100 live mandates, established relationships across the US market and individual fees that have reached $2M.
The calibre here is second to none.
Why this is different:
- Work on $250K fee searches, rather than spending the next few years incrementally increasing your average fee size
- Learn directly from $2M - $3.5M billers
- Clear progression into a full 360 senior search seat
- True $80K-$100K base - NOT a draw, plus a highly competitive commission structure
- Zero requirement to generate your own roles
- Proper high-performance culture: President’s Club, global trips, yacht days and significant earning upside
This is for someone who has already learnt the fundamentals of recruitment and now wants to materially change the calibre of mandates they work on, the people they learn from and the ceiling on what they can earn.
Please note, this is a hybrid role based out of their Miami office.
If you’re 2-4 yrs into recruitment and feel like you’re capable of operating at a much higher level than your current desk gives you access to..
