This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Human Resources Director, based in Westwood, CA. The Regional Human Resources Director will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, and handle employee relations across the designated region. Responsibilities include managing performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
