Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Budtender based in Hamden, CT. The Budtender will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting cannabis products, providing information on product offerings, processing sales transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, offering customer education about cannabis, and promoting a positive shopping experience in a comfortable, inclusive environment. Additionally, Budtenders will work as part of a collaborative team to uphold the mission and values of Higher Collective Stores.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to provide educational guidance to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional customer service
- Cash handling experience and attention to detail
- Competence in inventory management, including stocking, tracking, and replenishing products
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment
