We’re seeking a thoughtful and detail-driven Lead Interior Designer who is passionate about creating cohesive, elevated spaces that reflect each client’s vision and lifestyle. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their style — or help them discover it — while creating a highly organized, enjoyable selections experience. From finishes and fixtures to final documentation, you’ll ensure every decision is intentional, well-communicated, and seamlessly integrated into the overall design.

This is a unique opportunity for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with precision, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, client-focused experience from start to finish.

The Lead Interior Designer works closely with the architectural team, project managers, and trade partners to ensure every design is cohesive, accurate, and ready for execution. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience at every stage of the project.

  6. Track budgets and communicate all budget and scheduling updates to clients as they relate to selections.
  7. Verify all selection materials incorporated into the final plan set for accuracy and review labor and material estimates from suppliers and trades.
  8. Create and maintain a comprehensive design binder that includes all selections, specifications, notes, and information required for construction.
  9. Cultivate strong client relationships and assist with client communication throughout the life of the project to ensure an exceptional experience.
  10. Contribute to the creative process, staying current on design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns when applicable.
  12. Track product lead times and place orders to ensure materials are delivered in alignment with project schedules.
