We are looking for compassionate and dependable HPC Staff to bring comfort, support, and joy to the lives of the individuals we serve. In this rewarding role, you will help clients feel safe, respected, and valued while assisting with everyday activities that make a big difference.
What You’ll Do
· Help clients start and enjoy their day by assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
· Support daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
· Offer friendly companionship through conversation, activities, and encouragement.
· Assist with safe mobility, lifting, transferring, and positioning when needed.
· Create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
· Protect each client’s rights, privacy, independence, and dignity at all times.
· Accompany clients on outings, errands, or appointments when requested and appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
· Previous caregiving or personal care experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
· Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist clients using proper techniques.
· Understanding of resident rights, respectful care, and client advocacy.
· Great communication skills and the ability to build warm, trusting relationships.
· A patient, reliable, and upbeat personality with a true desire to help others.
· Basic cooking and meal preparation skills are helpful.
· Willingness to complete any required training or certifications related to position
Drivers License, Car Insurance and High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
