The company has locations in New York City (Metro), Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, and Bozeman.We are seeking an entry-level Compliance Associate to join our team in or around Marina Del Rey (specific location TBD). This position provides great growth opportunities and exposure to executive management of our clients who we assist with portfolio and operational risks that impact their business.Start Date: On or around February 2026ResponsibilitiesLearn SEC regulatory compliance requirements for private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge fund, and institutional alternative managers;Travel and participate in client audits with experienced compliance professionals;Research compliance issues;Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings;Learn the skills of client management;Receive training to prepare policies and procedures and other client deliverables;Conduct compliance program testing, including review of social media and electronic communications; andBecome skilled in compliance review of marketing materials and websites.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; candidates with an expected graduation date of December 2025 will be considered;Self-motivated and willingness to collaborate with a team;Strong written and verbal communication skills;No experience necessary; training will be provided;Ability to work on a hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote;Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.CompensationSalary range: $50,000-$60,000 plus annual discretionary bonus opportunity.
