Position Summary

The Partner Alliance Manager owns a portfolio of HighByte Strategic Technology Alliance relationships and is responsible for turning those relationships into measurable pipeline, revenue influence, and joint go-to-market execution. This is an individual-contributor role with real ownership: You'll be the primary point of contact for your partners from day-to-day sales and marketing alignment to executive relationship-building.

This role reports to the Director of Partner Success and is part of a growing team responsible for the company’s complete partner ecosystem—spanning Strategic Technology Alliances, System Integrators, and Distribution.

Essential Functions

  • Partner Organization Management. Map key contacts, stakeholders, and influence within each partner org; maintain a regular communication cadence; build relationships with partner executive leadership and sales teams; understand how each partner's sales organization is structured.
  • Go-to-Market Collaboration. Work with Marketing to identify and drive joint market opportunities, including industry events, partnership promotion, awards, co-authored content, and positioning around partner innovation (e.g., AI initiatives, new partner platform capabilities).
  • Technology Alignment. Support R&D's integration and innovation work with each partner; organize quarterly strategy discussions to keep the technical roadmap aligned on both sides.
  • Partner Program Management. Manage day-to-day partner portal engagement, training/tier status, and support Market Development Fund (MDF) administration and business planning. Communicate progress and status clearly through partner success read-outs and monthly reporting, keeping the broader team aligned.
  • Enablement & Training. Develop and maintain training plans for your partners; collaborate on enablement content; attend relevant enablement events, both in person and online.
  • Account Alignment. Serve as the primary liaison for joint account collaboration; track opportunity status and next steps; report monthly on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Schedule and orchestrate Quarterly Business Reviews with each partner.
  • Relationship Development. Build strong relationships across the partner organization, from sales and marketing to technical teams and leadership.

Skills

  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to map, manage and document partner relationships from individual contributor up through executive leadership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; as a growing partner program, processes and playbooks are still being built, and you'll help shape them
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, interconnected global ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in partner/alliance management, ideally within enterprise software, data/analytics, or industrial technology
  • Experience managing relationships with major cloud or data platform partners (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft) is a strong plus
  • Experience working with manufacturing and OT (operational technology) solutions
  • Familiarity with industrial data, OT/IT convergence, manufacturing, or Industrial DataOps concepts
  • Experience developing partner programs structured around tiering
  • Experience with account-mapping processes in a multi-partner environment
