Job Title: S4 Hana Group Reporting Functional Consultant
Location: Onsite - Greensboro, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Contract: W2 or 1099
Job Description:
Required Skills
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAP Financial Consolidation tools.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, IC eliminations, equity pickup process, statutory reporting, and accounting principles.
- Deep SAP S/4 HANA functional knowledge and S/4 HANA upgrade experience.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle ECC to S/4 HANA upgrade project.
- Strong communication skills with team members, management, and product owners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to direct and train team associates.
- Strong documentation skills using tools like Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Additional FI/CO knowledge – AP, AA, GL, PS.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Preferred banking/finance industry experience with understanding of financial accounting concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
