Seeking the right candidate for a full-time overnight position at a residential condominium within walking distance of the Broadway T-station in South Boston.
South Boston: Overnight 11PM-7AM, 40 hours
The concierge is the first impression of a luxury residential building. They should project a consistent image that compliments the property through appearance, service orientation, performance, and personality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and their guests upon entrance
- Act as the point of reference for residents who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Understand residents needs and provide them with personalized solutions
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises
- Keep property management and Highbridge management informed of the day to day movement in the building
- Answer the phone and emails in a polite and professional manner
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution

- Strong customer service and hospitality experience
