Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in hiring processes, including sourcing and onboarding drivers
- Demonstrated ability to implement Driver Retention strategies effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with transportation, trucking, or logistics industries is preferred
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus
