The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain clean and organized workstations, and help the culinary team deliver high-quality meals. Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare basic ingredients and organize supplies for daily service.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, utensils, cookware, and equipment.
- Wash dishes and kitchen tools as needed.
- Receive, label, and store ingredients according to food safety guidelines.
- Replenish kitchen supplies and notify supervisors when inventory runs low.
- Maintain proper food storage, temperature control, and sanitation standards.
- Help kitchen staff prepare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Remove waste and keep kitchen floors and storage areas clean.
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Interest in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or food preparation experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift routine kitchen supplies safely.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
