oThe Director, Manufacturing Excellence is a senior leader of the site responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s strategies, goals and objectives. This role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the site project portfolio, process excellence program and digital transformation, ensuring consistency with business strategy, commitments and company goals. This includes defining, identifying and securing internal and external resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver according to plans

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Partner with the Consumer Health Supply Chain and appropriate councils, to identify key emerging Operational Excellence opportunities and drive overall achievement of Manufacturing effectivenes
• s.In coordination with the site’s Project Management Office (PMO), optimize the entire portfolio to improve costs of resources and maximize benefits while maturing digital capabiliti
• esMaintain high quality and safety compliance standards, while planning and executing the project portfol
