High Trail Inc is a start-up tech professional services company. We are seeking entry-level sales candidates to join our growing team. You will join our office in Annapolis, MD and be an integral part of the company’s growth, focusing on talent-sourcing, client origination and business development across our specialist technical verticals.
Your Role:
Working directly with the company’s founders, you will receive world-class training to perform
the following role:
• Identify and evaluate elite technology professionals for customer projects
• Develop deep knowledge of your niche technical vertical
• Build long-term relationships with leading technical talent, providing career management advice and support
• Identify and convert new customer leads and opportunities
• Proactively market High Trail services and candidates to potential customers
• Build, develop and manage customer relationships
• Consult with customers on team design, the availability of talent and their employee value proposition
