Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Project Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of reporting dashboards and automated workflows within Monday.com. This individual will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable project management frameworks, creating actionable reporting structures, and driving cross-functional execution through streamlined workflow automation. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, systems thinking, and hands-on platform configuration experience within Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, and status updates.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Monday.com Platform Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable boards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks in Monday.com.
- Develop automated workflows to streamline IT processes (intake, approvals, resource allocation, incident tracking, etc.).
- Configure integrations between Monday.com and other enterprise systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Slack, or internal tools).
- Build executive-level dashboards with real-time KPIs and performance metrics.
- Standardize templates and governance practices across IT portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of IT project management experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience building workflows and dashboards in Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience designing automated workflows and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Salary : $70 - $80
