High Trail Capital, an institutional investment firm focused on direct investments into public companies utilizing equity-linked securities, is looking to hire a full-time Investment Operations Manager for a hybrid opportunity in the New York metropolitan area.

Founded in 2019, High Trail has completed over 50 transactions across 7 different sectors.
Role
As a member of a small investment team, the Investment Operations Manager will work closely with the Firm’s Partners on all aspects of investment execution, settlement and maintenance and support both front and back-office functions. Tasks will include:
- Supporting the investment sourcing and transaction execution processes
- Tracking existing positions and pipeline
- Coordinating with external back-office operations to ensure seamless settlement
- Coordinating with public companies C-suite executives over life of investment
- Providing support for additional projects as needed
