As a Daikin Comfort Pro, our team provides preventative maintenance care, installation and service for both residential and commercial customers in Southcentral Wisconsin.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the ability to work well with your team members and establish rapport with customers to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and the highest level of personal hygiene.
- Valid driver’s license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- EPA Certification
- Three years experience in HVAC service
PRIMARY DAILY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment to ensure safety, proper operation and customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance.
- Using state of the art HVAC software for record keeping and communication with customers.
- Maintaining adequate and usable stock in vehicles, along with proper care of vehicles, tools and other equipment to extend lifespan.
PHYSICAL/WORK DEMANDS
- Strenuous physical exertion while exposed to weather elements.
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds at any given time; be able to kneel, squat, bend, push and pull
