Office is located at 3611 14th Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11218
We also have a warehouse located in Long Island
Hours: M - F 9AM - 5PM
Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of Office experience mandatory
- Detail oriented
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Professional Communication skills
- Financial organization skills
- Customer Service skills
What you will be doing:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Interact with clients via phone and email, answering any questions and directing them appropriately
- Support office management tasks to maintain a well-functioning workplace
- Utilize various software applications for document creation, organization, analysis, and collaboration
- Assist with office management tasks, including coordinating meetings and events, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
